Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped from the United States and are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Please note that occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. After your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email, followed by shipping and delivery notifications.
International Shipping
Depending on your location, we may offer:
• Free Shipping (DDP) — no duties, taxes, or additional fees upon delivery.
For all other international destinations, we offer:
• Free Standard Shipping (DDU)
• Expedited Shipping (DDU)
These options are delivered duties unpaid (DDU), meaning customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or additional charges applied by local authorities.
Only the shipping option(s) available for your country will appear at checkout.
Important Note
BUKURRA cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. If the shipping address matches the delivery confirmation and tracking indicates a successful delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds or replacements for missing parcels. If you encounter an issue, please contact us at support@bukurra.com with full documentation. We will do our best to assist you.
Undeliverable Packages
If your package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be charged for both the return and reshipment. Please ensure all shipping information is accurate before completing your order.
Return Policy
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@bukurra.com. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
• Unworn and unused
• In its original packaging
• All tags attached
• Proof of purchase or order number included
Return Shipping Costs
If your return is approved, you may request a return shipping label. If a label is provided, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. If no label is issued, you will receive instructions to return the item at your own expense. In all cases, customers are responsible for return shipping.
Refunds
Refunds will only be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this period cannot be accepted. We will work closely with you to resolve any valid concerns.
Exchanges

14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers Only)
Customers residing in the European Union have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason. To exercise this right, please notify us at support@bukurra.com within the 14-day period.
Conditions for Full Refund
• The item must be returned in its original, unused condition
• Tags must be attached
• It must be in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase must be included
• Items showing signs of wear, damage, or use — including scratches, smudges, or missing tags — will not be accepted
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
